Our purchasing office is located in Norway, close to raw material sources, which guarantees the supply of raw material for production at our factory in Portugal.
Our headquarters are located in Spain where we also have 2 warehouses.

Gadus morhua
Pescado salvaje de la familia de los Gádidos, de los mares fríos de Noruega y Mar de Barents además de otras zonas de captura.
Bajo en grasa, carne blanca con textura firme y jugosa, rico en proteínas y minerales. Realizamos un ligero punto de sal, que le da un sabor espectacular al bacalao, listo para cocinar. Utilizado en la cocina por su gran variedad en recetas tanto de vanguardia como nuestras recetas más tradicionales.

Fogonero
Pollachius virens
El Fogonero, Carbonero o Colin, es un pescado blanco, de la familia Gadidae, que comparte su habitar con el Bacalao. Se pesca en los mismos barcos que el Bacalao, por lo que su zona de captura son las frías aguas de Noruega, Mar de Barents y otras zonas de captura. Su carne es de color gris perla, con una textura espectacular, rico en proteínas, vitaminas y minerales. Realizamos un ligero punto de sal para dar un sabor excepcional. Listo para cocinar. Muy versátil en la cocina, ya que se puede utilizar de la misma forma que el bacalao en nuestras recetas.

A wild fish from the cod family, found in the cold seas of Norway and the Barents Sea, among other fishing areas. This fish is low in fat, with firm and juicy white meat, and rich in proteins and minerals.We lightly salt it for exceptional flavor, and it’s ready to cook. Valued for its versatility in both traditional and modern recipes.

Pollachius virens
Also known as coalfish or Atlantic pollock, saithe is a white fish from the cod family, sharing its habitat with cod. It is caught in the same boats as Cod in the cold waters of Norway, the Barents Sea, and other fishing areas. Its pearly gray flesh has a fantastic texture, rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals.We lightly salt it for exceptional flavor, ready to cook and as versatile as Cod in our recipes.
